Comprehensive and Reliable Quality Inspection: No Leaks, No Misses

FORTEST is a line of leak and flow testing equipment designed for stable and precise measurement.

FORTEST leak testers are widely utilized across a range of industries, including hydraulics, casting, gas, medical, and automotive. The instruments achieve a high measurement resolution, with a sensitivity down to $0.1 \text{ Pa}$. While maintaining a remarkably compact size, each unit is equipped with a standard valve air unit, allowing for testing on volumes of up to 5 liters.

The FORTEST Differential System shortens inspection time by continuously monitoring the pressure variance between the reference part and the test part at fixed intervals. This is a significant contrast to time-consuming tasks such as conventional water immersion and pressurization tests. This method enables measurements previously unavailable in the market, as it isolates and accurately captures only the leak value of the target leakage point. This, in turn, helps stabilize the accuracy of the inspected component.

Step 1: Setting Test Conditions

Setting Test Conditions
Set the essential parameters, including filling pressure, filling time, and allowable leak rate.
The system allows for the storage of 300 different test conditions in its memory.

Step2

Measurement
Connect the setup following the proper sequence in the diagram. After confirming that the test part is sealed, press the "Start Measurement" button on the FORTEST unit.

Step3

Checking the Results
The result will display "OK" if no leak is detected.
The result will display "NG" if a leak is detected.
By inserting a memory device into the USB port, you can record the inspection results as CSV data.

The Dual Absolute Mode is used to check for leaks in a test part by comparison against a reference part a product confirmed to be airtight.
In contrast to conventional testing methods, which require adjusting test standards based on external conditions like ambient temperature, the Dual Absolute Mode allows testing to be performed without concern for temperature variations or other environmental factors.
This mode is highly recommended for customers who need to inspect small, mass-produced components.

The FORTEST Differential System isolates leaks from noise and thermal/mechanical phenomena, enabling a "3D" analysis of leakage.
In contrast to conventional capacitive transducers, the Dual Absolute® Technology allows for unprecedented measurement accuracy by intermittently decoupling the spurious balance between the test part and the reference part.
Dual Absolute® is a worldwide exclusive product of ForTest.
