Measure Better Sound
The brand name "CRY" from CRYSOUND originates from the initials of its founder, Cao Ruiying. Through approximately 30 years of exploration and application of specialized acoustic knowledge, CRYSOUND continues to provide customers with professional acoustic services that solve the most complex acoustic testing challenges globally. Their products are widely used in areas such as electro-acoustic testing for consumer electronics, environmental noise monitoring, automotive component defect detection, and industrial predictive maintenance.
PRODUCT ABOUT
The CRYSOUND CRY8120 Industrial Acoustic Imager is easy to operate and can be used quickly. The device features an aluminum alloy shell, making it sturdy and durable, suitable for complex and variable working environments.
Its real-time acoustic image display allows for the detection of pressurized leaks and vacuum leaks significantly faster compared to other conventional methods.
The CRY8120 can meet most testing requirements simply by adjusting two parameters: the test frequency range and the test dynamic range.
The device supports camera mode, video mode, and flexible on-site data recording. A high-capacity TF data storage card can be added, allowing for the quick export of test results and reports. This helps in reducing losses caused by incidents such as gas leaks and partial discharge.
FEATURE
| 01 "High-Performance Microphone" | The 64 digital MEMS microphones offer exceptionally high performance in terms of detection accuracy, sensitivity, and acoustic resolution. The CRY8120 (referencing the device from the previous context) features real-time A/V display and an anti-interference function, which assists in achieving predictive inspection and maintenance in industrial settings. |
| 02"Leak Detection" | When the leak detection function is activated, the screen continuously displays the leakage rate and the amount of loss. |
| 03 "Analysis and Reporting" | Template-based processing and recording of data, waveforms, spectra, and spectrograms are supported by the CRY-SOUND Report Analysis Tool software. This software generates an editable protocol in Excel format that complies with ISO 50001. |
