A remote automated meter-reading service combining fully wireless IoT cameras
(LC-10 / LC-T10 / LC-EX10) with AI image analysis.
LiLz Gauge is a remote automated meter-reading service that combines fully wireless IoT cameras with AI-powered image analysis. No power or network wiring is required, so deployment is possible the same day, indoors, outdoors, or in dimly lit locations. AI automatically reads meter values, while four upper/lower threshold settings, email notifications, CSV export, and API integration help reduce inspection workload and avoid unsafe work at heights.
Optional telephoto and wide-angle lenses capture meters installed in distant locations so AI can read them.
Approximately three years of operation at three captures per day. No power wiring or routine charging required.* Continuous operation time varies with capture resolution, signal conditions, and ambient temperature.
A single image enables automatic batch reading of multiple meters, reducing the number of devices and operating costs.
Read meter values right from the initial setup. The system auto-detects camera misalignment to maintain reading accuracy.
The dedicated IoT camera captures meters and AI reads the values automatically, so you can check meter status from your office or home.
Read multiple meters automatically from a single image. One camera covers the inspection workload of multiple devices.
Four upper/lower thresholds for anomaly detection, with email notifications included as standard—no extra setup required.
Reading data is available via CSV export and API integration, ready to combine with existing inspection systems.
Single-Function Type
"Streamlined model with essential capabilities." A simple model for remote inspection of common analog meters.
Thermography Type
"Fixed-point thermal monitoring with portable-like convenience." A thermographic camera covering -10°C to 400°C.
Explosion-Proof Type
"Explosion-proof, yet lightweight and compact." Enables remote inspection in hazardous areas with flammable gases or dust.
Round and rectangular dials support both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. Covers a broad range of analog meter display types.
Three steps to start operating, with reading accuracy continuously improving through machine learning.
Place the dedicated IoT camera (LC series) in front of the meter.
Use the dedicated smartphone or tablet app to adjust framing and brightness.
Set detailed reading conditions in the cloud dashboard on a PC and start operating.
