What is the Air Leak Diagnosis Service?

The electricity consumption resulting from air leaks in factories accounts for approximately 3% of Japan's total domestic power consumption. Air leaks are a major social issue, as they also contribute to CO₂ emissions.

To address this, state-of-the-art equipment is used to find air leaks from factory piping and facilities. A report detailing the leakage volume, annual cost, and CO₂ emissions for each leak location is provided. Furthermore, advice on repairs and replacements is given, tailored to the cause of the air leak, which speeds up the repair process.

The Air Leak Diagnosis Service solves critical issues such as labor shortages and the challenge of energy saving.

Diagnosis Flow

1

Inquiry

First, please make contact via the inquiry form.

2

Hearing

A representative will make contact to confirm the current situation and gather information regarding the factory's facilities and equipment.

3

Completion of Survey & Quotation

A simple survey form is to be completed. Based on the building area and the capacity and number of compressors, the diagnosis cost will be calculated and an estimate submitted.

4

Diagnosis Implementation

Diagnosis staff will conduct the factory assessment. Since tags are affixed to the discovered leak points, it becomes easier to locate the leak points during repair work.

5

Preparation of the Report

Following the diagnosis, a report will be created and submitted. In the report, tag numbers are plotted on a diagram, and detailed comments are provided for each leak point. Because a ranking system is used, the leak points that should be prioritized are immediately clear.

Diagnosis staff visit the factory to detect air leaks from piping and facilities using state-of-the-art equipment. Simultaneously with detection, the leak volume and loss cost are quantified, and a report is provided that also includes the calculated CO₂ emissions.

Leaks are inspected using the highest quality camera.

Since tags are affixed to the discovered leak points, it becomes easier to locate the leak points during repair work following the diagnosis.
The number written on the tag corresponds to the number in the report.

Tagging

Following the diagnosis, a report is created and submitted.
In the report, tag numbers are mapped onto a diagram, and detailed comments are provided for each leak point.
Because a ranking system is implemented, the leak points that should be prioritized are immediately clear.

Report Creation

Recommended repair products are listed on individual pages within the report.
By referencing the report, it is immediately clear how to proceed with corrective action, ensuring smooth and efficient repairs.
Repair contracting services are also available, providing total support for air leak reduction initiatives.
