Instantly visualize air leaks, partial discharges, and mechanical anomalies from up to 200m away with a 200-channel MEMS microphone array acoustic imaging camera.
The CRY8120 is an industrial acoustic imaging camera (ultrasonic camera) developed by CRYSOUND of Hangzhou, China, drawing on approximately 30 years of acoustic technology expertise. Equipped with a 200-channel MEMS microphone array, it visualizes the 2 kHz to 100 kHz ultrasonic band in real time. It detects compressed air leaks, partial discharges in high-voltage equipment, and mechanical anomalies in bearings and motors non-contactly from up to 200m away.
With high durability from its aluminum alloy shell (IP54 dust/water resistance, 1.2m drop resistance) and a lightweight design of approximately 1.4 kg, it is ideal for daily patrol inspections at factories and substations. The 8-inch high-brightness display (600 nits) ensures clear visibility of sound source locations even under direct sunlight outdoors. With only two parameter adjustments -- test frequency range and dynamic range -- it meets most inspection requirements and can be used by anyone without specialized knowledge.
Quickly identify air leaks in factory compressed air piping from long range. The 200-channel MEMS microphone array displays leak locations in real time on screen, dramatically reducing inspection time compared to conventional contact-based methods. Reduce unnecessary compressor operation and directly cut energy costs.
Safely detect partial discharges in high-voltage electrical equipment non-contactly. Discover insulation degradation early in substations and cubicles to prevent power outage incidents. The PRPD spectrogram analysis function enables detailed analysis of discharge patterns.
Visualize abnormal sounds in bearings and motors for predictive maintenance. Detect ultrasonic anomalies that cannot be heard by normal hearing, identifying early signs of failure. Planned maintenance prevents sudden equipment shutdowns and supports stable production line operation.
It can detect leak sound from a maximum distance of 200 m. The 200-channel MEMS microphone array enables high-precision identification of leak locations even in noisy environments.
It captures sound in the wide frequency band of 2 kHz to 100 kHz, including the ultrasonic range. Since it is less affected by noise audible to the human ear, accurate detection is possible even in noisy environments.
The standard battery enables up to 5 hours of continuous use. With the optional extended battery, this can be extended up to 10 hours, sufficient for one day of patrol inspection.
An IECEx-certified explosion-proof EX version is available, supporting use in hazardous areas.
