LeakAID LEAKAID
UV-cure leak repair material

LeakAID

A leak repair material that hardens in about one second when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. It handles oil, water, air, refrigerant and other leaks, enabling emergency repair without stopping equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

QWhat types of oil is LeakAID compatible with?

(1) For fuel oils, effectiveness is in the order of heavy oil > diesel > kerosene > gasoline (higher boiling point and viscosity perform better).

(2) For lubricating oils (insulating oil, engine oil, etc.), there are many varieties and performance cannot be generalized. Mineral-based oils generally perform well; synthetic oils are less suitable.

QCan it be used for liquids other than oil?

For liquids other than oil such as water, and for gases such as air, fluorocarbons and fuel gases, application may be possible by adjusting the application method.

Strong acids or alkalis may attack the cured sealant, making long-term repair difficult (only short-term emergency repair is feasible).

QCan it be used for water leak repair?

It will not adhere if moisture remains on the substrate. Since the cured sealant is water-resistant, LeakAID can be used as long as moisture is removed from the substrate surface by wiping or drying with a hot air blower.

Algoleak ALGOLEAK AL64
AL64 acoustic camera

Algoleak

A Japan-made AL64 acoustic camera that visualizes ultrasonic leak sounds with 64 MEMS microphones. It pinpoints compressed-air leaks, vacuum leaks and partial discharge from a distance, allowing air-leak diagnosis even while the factory is running.

Frequently Asked Questions

QHow small a leak can be detected?

Even small leaks can be detected, but minimum detection depends on pressure, distance, and ambient noise. Catalog spec is 0.008 L/min @ 6 bar from 0.5 m.

QWhat is the detection range?

The catalog specification is 150 m, but in typical operating factory conditions, detection up to ceiling height is often possible. Closer distances are more reliable, and longer distances work better for larger leaks. Line of sight (obstructions), reflections, and wind also affect detection, so for long distances the stable approach is to survey from an overview, then approach for precise identification.

QCan it detect leaks in noisy environments?

Yes, in many cases. Even with high audible-range noise, it can isolate and identify ultrasonic components. However, detection may be more difficult when ultrasonic noise sources (air blow, friction, etc.) are nearby.

Valve Sense VALVESENSE LL-VS1
AI ultrasonic valve internal leak diagnostic device

Valve Sense

Valve Sense (ValveSense LL-VS1) diagnoses internal (pass-through) valve leaks in about five minutes using ultrasonics (AE) and an AI algorithm, enabling in-house periodic inspection without specialist knowledge.

Frequently Asked Questions

QWhat is VALVE SENSE?

A mobile inspection system that diagnoses internal valve leaks and steam trap failures on-site, using an ultrasonic (AE) sensor combined with a smartphone app.

QWhat is the advantage? (Difference from conventional methods)

Without removing the equipment for bench testing, you can inspect while in operation, and perform Leak/No-Leak judgment and report generation on the spot.

QWhat types of valves are supported?

On/off valves (butterfly, gate, ball, plug, etc.), as well as control valves and safety valves — any type of valve can be inspected.
