Cures in approximately 1 second with UV irradiation. A UV-cure leak repair material for instant repair of oil, water, and gas leaks.
LeakAID is a single-component UV-cure acrylic repair material developed by AirMore Co., Ltd. With a revolutionary curing speed of approximately 1 second under UV (ultraviolet) irradiation, it instantly repairs leak locations such as oil leaks, air leaks, and refrigerant leaks. It features the ability to adhere directly to oily surfaces without degreasing. For slow leaks (minor leakage), it can cure and repair even while the leak continues, enabling emergency response without shutting down equipment. It maintains fluidity that penetrates gaps while resisting dripping on vertical surfaces. After curing, it can be scraped and chipped for machining. After UV curing, it complies with the Food Sanitation Act, making it safe for use in food processing plants.
Curing completes in approximately 1 second with UV irradiation. Dramatically reduces the curing time that conventional adhesives and sealants require (minutes to hours), minimizing equipment downtime.
Thanks to its oil-blending properties, it can be directly applied and adhered to surfaces with oil film. Eliminates the conventional need for degreasing, enabling immediate repair of oil leak locations.
Provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum, brass, rigid PVC, ABS resin, and glass. Compatible with various factory equipment.
Compliant with the Food Sanitation Act after UV curing. Safe for use in pipe repairs at food processing plants and beverage facilities, enabling rapid leak countermeasures while meeting hygiene standards.
Three packages available to suit your application needs.
Full set including LeakAID 10g tube + dedicated UV lamp + safety glasses + accessories. An all-in-one package ideal for first-time users.
Compact size convenient for small-scale repairs and portability. Ideal for spot repairs in the field.
Large-capacity type for extensive repair work or high-frequency use sites. Excellent cost performance.
Handles various oil leaks in hydraulic systems including flanges, bushings, weld pinholes, and radiator fins. Adheres directly to oily surfaces without degreasing for rapid repair. Emergency measures can be taken without shutting down equipment, significantly reducing downtime.
Instantly seals air leaks from pinholes in various fittings and piping components. Quickly repairing wasteful compressed air leakage contributes to reduced compressor load and energy cost savings.
Repairs refrigerant leaks from pinholes in copper tubes, U-tubes, condenser and evaporator fins. Excellent adhesion to copper and brass enables rapid resolution of refrigerant loss in HVAC equipment and refrigeration systems, contributing to operational efficiency recovery.
Repair with LeakAID is completed in just 5 steps.
Use an ultrasonic leak detector, bubble solution, or acoustic imaging camera to accurately identify the leak location.
Wipe away dirt and debris from the repair area. Since adhesion to oily surfaces is possible, degreasing is not required.
Apply LeakAID directly to the leak location. Squeeze an appropriate amount from the tube and spread evenly to cover the leaking area.
Expose the applied surface to the dedicated UV lamp. Curing completes in approximately 1 second. Please wear safety glasses.
Confirm curing is complete and apply additional coats or finishing by scraping as needed. Verify the leak has stopped to complete the repair.
Yes. LeakAID has a property that blends with oil, allowing direct application and adhesion even on surfaces with an oil film. No degreasing is required, enabling quick repair of oil leak locations and significantly reducing work time.
For slow leaks (minor leakage), repairs can be performed even while the leak continues. Apply LeakAID and expose to UV light for approximately 1 second to cure, eliminating the need to shut down the line to stop the leak.
Yes. LeakAID complies with the Food Sanitation Act after UV curing. It can be used with confidence for pipe repairs and equipment maintenance in food production lines. However, it is not covered under the Positive List system.
Yes. The cured resin can be scraped and chipped. It can flexibly accommodate reshaping after repair or situations requiring re-repair.
