RISLONE Hydraulic Seal is a hydraulic fluid leak stop additive developed by Rislone in the United States. Simply pour into the hydraulic tank and circulate to penetrate seals and O-rings that have hardened and shrunk due to aging, restoring their flexibility and elasticity. It also forms a polymer oil film on microscopic scratches on metal sliding surfaces to seal leak paths.

No disassembly of cylinders or pumps is required. Since the equipment can be treated while operating, downtime is minimized, and the high costs of parts, labor, and lost production associated with seal replacement are significantly reduced.

Can it be used without disassembling the equipment?

Yes. Simply pour it into the hydraulic oil tank and run the equipment normally (circulate for about 30 minutes). Disassembly of cylinders or pumps is not required, and the equipment can be processed while in operation.

Can it also be used for brake fluid or power steering?

No. Hydraulic Seal is exclusively for hydraulic oil. It cannot be used with brake fluid or power steering fluid.

How long does it take for the effect to appear?

In many cases, the effect can be confirmed within a few hours of circulation after addition. Depending on the severity of the leak, it may take several days.

To what extent of leakage can it handle?

It is effective for seepage to mild leaks caused by deterioration of seals and O-rings. For severe leaks caused by physical damage to the seal or large cracks, seal replacement may be necessary.
