AirHub is a compressed air improvement system provided by AirMore Co., Ltd. With a minimal set of sensors, it visualizes your factory's compressed air usage and enables data-driven management from air leak discovery through improvement and effectiveness verification.
Accessible via web browser on PCs, tablets, and smartphones, AirHub allows cross-factory data management from headquarters. It also features per-person improvement activity evaluation and a proprietary carbon credit program (patent pending) designed to encourage proactive engagement on the factory floor.

Air leak diagnosis identified a total of 131 leak points. After implementing air leak and standby power countermeasures, a comparison of FY2022 and FY2023 electricity costs showed annual savings of 5.6 million JPY, even accounting for differences in operating hours.
Introduced an air leak visualization camera for energy savings. It enabled detection of even minute leaks, and when pressure was experimentally reduced by 0.1 MPa on one machine, projected annual savings of approximately 3 million JPY were identified.
