Nimomakezu HD Co., Ltd., the parent company of AirMore Co., Ltd., will hold a three-day summer internship from Wednesday, August 26 to Friday, August 28, 2026.
* The application deadline has been extended to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25. There is still time to apply.
“What is it actually like to work at a company?”
“I want to experience turning my own idea into something real.”
“I want to meet all kinds of people and take on something new.”
These three days are designed for students who feel that way. Rather than simply learning about the company and its businesses, participants work on a real project as a team and go all the way from planning to execution to a final presentation.
The three-day program
Understanding the company and its management
Using Nimomakezu HD as the case study, participants learn how the company was built, what its businesses are, and how its management thinks. Visits to actual business and work sites help convey the intent behind each business.
Developing a business idea as a team
Building on what they have learned, teams develop business ideas. They take on the challenge of creating a new business from scratch, and also work on improving an existing business. Employees join the discussion to help shape the ideas into concrete form.
Turning the idea into a plan
Teams refine the ideas from day two into a complete business plan covering who it serves, what value it delivers, and how it reaches them. They present their work, receive feedback from employees, and improve the plan further. The program closes with a social gathering at IKOBA, a venue operated by the group.
Learn, think, try, reflect. Over three days, participants do more than learn about a company and its work — they experience what it is like to be on the side that builds a business, a perspective that is hard to come by in everyday student life.
