About ValveSense
"ValveSense (LL-VS1)" is an AI-powered ultrasonic valve internal leak detector developed by Senseven (Austria). By combining ultrasonic (AE: Acoustic Emission) technology with AI algorithms, it diagnoses internal valve leaks on-site, in real time, without removing the valve from the line. A smartphone app guides the user step by step, so no specialist knowledge is required.
Key Features
- About one minute per valve, on-site: A dramatic reduction from the traditional test-bench approach (2 people, several days). Inspection is possible even while the line is running.
- AI-based automatic judgment, no expertise required: Just follow the smartphone app's guidance, and anyone can objectively determine whether a valve is leaking.
- Wide coverage of valve types and media: Supports gate, ball, butterfly, control and safety valves and more, across steam, compressed air, various gases, and liquids.
For product details, see the "ValveSense (LL-VS1) product page". Frequently asked questions are summarized on the "ValveSense Q&A" page.
