AT601 Aqua Water Vest (2026 New Model)
AT601 is the 2026 new model of the Aqua Water Vest. It adopts Toray ENTRANT®, an ultra-high moisture-permeable fabric, to accelerate the evaporation of the fill water and enhance evaporative cooling. Recommended water fill is approximately 400 ml, delivering about 24 hours of cooling per fill (varies by environment). No batteries or electricity are required. Suited to outdoor and indoor work in construction, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and forestry where heat-stroke prevention matters.

How to Use
Total recommended fill is about 400 ml (about 100 ml in each front panel + about 200 ml in the back). Just add cold water and you are ready. Repeat the same steps when the cooling fades.

Fill the back
Add cold water through the back fill port and close the cap. (Guide: back ~200 ml)
- 02
Spread across the back
Spread the water by hand so it reaches the entire back panel.

Fill the front sides
Add cold water through each front fill port and close the caps. (Guide: front ~100 ml each side)

Spread across the front
Spread the water across the entire front panel as well.
- 05
Release excess air
Open the back drain cap, roll the vest gently, and push out excess air.
- 06
Finish
Do the same for the front, drain excess water, and firmly close the drain caps. Now it is ready to wear.
Usage Tips
- Because cooling is evaporative, filling beyond the recommended amount will not increase the effect. Keep to the recommended fill.
- In summer, replace the water with fresh cold water if it warms up.
- In cool or low-humidity conditions, cooling may last less time — top up with water as needed.
- If you feel unwell while wearing it, take it off and rest.

Care & Precautions
Care & Storage
- Close the fill cap and hand-wash in water at 40°C or below.
- Do not use bleach, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning.
- To dry, open the fill cap and hang-dry (sun-drying recommended).
- Even with daily use, hang-dry in a well-ventilated place after each use.
- Storing with water inside can cause mold. Store only when fully dry.
- Before long-term storage, dry thoroughly and store with a desiccant.
Precautions
- Use tap water or drinking water only.
- Overfilling, or excessive load while filled, can cause bursting or leaks.
- Make sure caps are fully closed; do not carry shoulder bags over the vest.
- Do not wring forcefully when draining, or pull hard on the front/back holes (vents) — the bonded seams can peel and leak.
- Cooling it in a freezer can degrade the fabric and cause bursting or leaks.
- In direct sunlight outdoors the water can warm up; wear it as an inner layer outdoors.
