Warming the solution to around 50 °C activates the microbes, greatly improving both cleaning and carbon-removal performance. A heated parts washer or heated tank is recommended.

How to Use Parts Clean Powder | 6 Steps for Maximum Cleaning Power

Heat → Soak → Brush — a simple workflow that breaks down carbonized oil deposits via microbial action. Fluid lasts 3–6 months and is drain-safe, enabling a low-waste cleaning cycle.

    Heat the Cleaning Solution to 50°C

    Use a heated parts washer or heater tank to bring the solution to roughly 50°C. At this temperature, microbes are most active, delivering peak oil and carbon removal performance.
