100% aluminum modular compressed air piping. Zero corrosion, no welding needed, 1/3 the weight of iron pipe -- delivering optimal air supply from compressor room to workstation.
PPS (Prevost Piping System) is a 100% aluminum modular compressed air piping system. It optimizes compressed air flow from the compressor room to workstations. Using EN AW 6060 T6 aluminum alloy, it eliminates corrosion and scale buildup.
At approximately 1/3 the weight of iron pipe for excellent workability, the PPS Grip Concept (push-fit connections) enables quick and reliable installation without welding or threading. With exterior epoxy resin coating and interior special treatment, it comes with a 10-year warranty. ASME QPS / TUV SUD ISO 9001 / EU 2014/68 certified.
EN AW 6060 T6 alloy. Zero corrosion and scale. Long-term stable supply of clean compressed air.
PPS Grip Concept. Stainless steel ring + Teflon-coated seal for reliable sealing. No welding, threading, or adhesives.
Rich selection of fittings including tubes, elbows, tees, reducers. Free piping design to match any factory layout.
Approximately 1/3 the weight of iron pipe. One-person installation possible, dramatically shortening project timelines. Supports phased replacement from existing iron piping.
Key components of the PPS piping system

Available in outer diameters from 20mm to 160mm. Epoxy coating finish. Straight and bent tube options.

Comprehensive lineup including elbows, tees, reducers, outlets, end caps, and more.

Wall brackets, support clamps, iron pipe conversion adapters -- all installation materials you need.
Piping design from scratch. Modular design makes future expansion easy. Prevost engineer design support also available.
Phased replacement from corroded iron pipe to PPS. Iron pipe connection adapters enable sequential migration without stopping operations.
Zero corrosion dust from aluminum piping eliminates contamination risk. Ideal for environments with strict hygiene standards.
Installation is possible with only basic tools (pipe cutter, wrench). Welding machines and threading machines are not required.
Yes. With dedicated conversion adapters, connection with existing steel piping is possible. Phased replacement is supported.
Yes. It supports vacuum down to -0.98 bar. In addition to compressed air, it can also be used for vacuum lines and inert gas piping.
