Filters, regulators, and lubricators provide stable supply of clean, dry, properly pressurized compressed air. Achieve optimal air quality from compressor room to point of use.
Prevost's compressed air treatment system consists of Filters (F), Regulators (R), and Lubricators (L). It delivers optimal air treatment tailored to each application, from the compressor room to the point of use.
It removes moisture, oil, and particles from compressed air to provide stable supply of clean, dry, properly pressurized air. This contributes to extending air tool life, improving paint quality, and preventing equipment failures. High-performance filtration compatible with ISO 8573-1 air quality standards meets the demands of every industry.
Three contamination sources lurk in compressed air
Air compressed by the compressor contains large amounts of water vapor. Condensation during cooling causes corrosion inside piping and air tool failures.
Compressor lubricating oil mixes into the air as mist. This causes paint defects and poses food hygiene risks.
Rust and scale from inside piping, along with dust from ambient air, contaminate compressed air. This adversely affects precision equipment and quality control.
Capture particles down to 0.01 um. Activated carbon filters also remove oil vapor. Multi-stage filtration achieves air quality tailored to each application.
Provide stable secondary pressure. Suppress pressure fluctuations to maximize air tool performance. Equipped with highly visible pressure gauges.
Automatically supply optimal amounts of lubricating oil to air tools. Extend tool life and reduce maintenance costs.
Automatic drain traps discharge condensate automatically. Combined with oil-water separators for environmentally conscious wastewater treatment.
Optimal FRL solutions for every application and installation location

High-flow main line filter + regulator. Centrally manages air quality for the entire factory.

Compact FRL unit installed just before the point of use. Provides optimal air quality at each workstation.

Various replacement filter elements available. Coarse filters, fine filters, activated carbon filters, and more lined up by application.
Thoroughly remove oil and moisture to ensure paint quality. Prevent paint defects such as fisheyes and cratering.
Supply ISO 8573-1 Class 1 clean air. Meet food hygiene law and GMP standards.
Maintain a clean work environment with particle-free air. Contribute to quality control for semiconductors and electronic components.
It depends on the operating environment, but generally every 6 months to 1 year. Models with differential pressure indicators allow you to visually check when replacement is needed.
In addition to the main filter at the compressor room outlet, we recommend installing at each point of use. Two-stage filtration ensures higher air quality.
Yes. We offer food-grade filter elements and food-grade oil for lubricators. Air quality management based on ISO 8573-1 is possible.
